Preben Rueda Martin

Received his basic training back in 1964 from Dansk Folkeforsikring, worked in Denmark as an insurance broker and Vice President of the Insurance Brokers' Association.

Preben has also worked with building damages within owners' associations and housing cooperatives during the last 25 years.

Moved to Spain as a permanent resident in 1997 and chose to become a Spanish citizen.

Preben is married to a Spanish woman and participates actively in local chores such as politics and masonic life.

He has a thorough knowledge of practical issues, in ordinary life as well as regarding all the little things that make life easier in Spain.

Jan Wolfgang Nielsen

Received basic training in computers in 1979.

Then worked in the IT industry in Denmark until 1987 and moved that year to the Costa del Sol.

Worked with selling properties for 17 years.

Has worked with insurance during the last 8 years.

Specialized in building damages within the private housing sector.
